GENERAL & NUTRITION

Is Modern Greens strictly plant-based?

Yes! Everything we create is 100% Vegan and/or Vegetarian. We focus on high quality plant protein and healthy fats.

How long will my Jar stay fresh?

Because we use glass mason jars and a specific layering technique (dressing on the bottom, greens on top), or Jars stay crisp and vibrant for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

How do I prepare / eat my Signature Jar(s)?

We've done all the heavy lifting for you! Our Salad Jars can be opened and shaken onto a serving plate. Our Soup Jars should be opened and come to room temperature before adding in hot/warm liquids. All that's left for you to do is enjoy!

ORDERING & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed through our website. Make your preferred selection/options and checkout.

Is it prepaid?

Yes. To ensure we have zero food waste and can source the freshest organic ingredients, all orders must be prepaid online. We do no t accept walk-in payments at the pickup location.

When does the "order window' close?

To prepare for our Sunday pickup, the shop closes every Thursday at Midnight. Any orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following week's pickup.

THE SUNDAY PICKUP

Where and when do I get my salad(s)?

Pickups are every Sunday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at designated pickup location. Swing by, grab your jar(s), and start your week right.

What if I can't make it during the pickup window?

Because our product is fresh and perishable, we cannot hold jars past our Sunday window. If you can't make it, feel free to send a friend! Just have them provide the name on the order. Jars not picked up by 4:00 PM will be donated locally.

THE "FULL CIRCLE" JAR PROGRAM

Do I need to return the glass jars?

We highly encourage it! Our "Full Circle" program is how we keep Modern Greens sustainable. For every clean jar and lid you return during your Sunday pickup, we will apply a $1.00 Greens Credit to your account for your next order.

Do I have to wash them?

Yes, please. While we professionally sanitize every jar before it is reused, we ask that you return them "sink-clean" (rinsed with soap and water) to keep our space hygienic.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Can I change any Jar options after I've ordered?

You can make changes to your order until the window closes on Thursday night. Simply email us with your order number.

What is your refund policy?

Since we source ingredients specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds after the Thursday night deadline. However, you are always welcome to gift your Jar to a friend if your plans change!
